Installation & Technical Notes
To ensure optimal performance and maximum lamp life, please note the following:
- Ballast Compatibility: Designed for use with high-frequency electronic ballasts (Instant Start, Rapid Start, or Programmed Start) or magnetic rapid start ballasts (265 mA).
- Instant Start Mode: Compatible with ballast factors between 0.71 and 1.20.
- Operating Temperature: Recommended for environments above 70°F (21°C). Temperatures below this may cause "striation" (flickering or pulsing), which is not harmful but reduces brightness.
- Energy Saving: This 25W SUPERSAVER® lamp should be used on F32T8 ballasts with a minimum open circuit voltage of 550V RMS.
Note: Mean lumens are measured at 40% of rated life. Life ratings are based on standard 3-hour switching cycles; longer cycles will significantly extend the average rated life of the tube.
