The Osram Dulux T 13W/830 Plus is a 13W 3000K Warm White 2-pin compact fluorescent lamp designed for warm white residential, hospitality, and commercial retrofit applications. CRI 80–89 provides good color rendering for task and display applications. This lamp requires an external preheat ballast with an integral starter — it is not self-ballasted. Non-dimmable.

The 2-pin base design incorporates a built-in special instant starter and capacitor within the lamp housing, allowing it to operate directly on compatible preheat magnetic ballasts.
