The GE 46704 F28W/T5/830/ECO is a standard output 4-foot T5 fluorescent lamp for commercial, display, and institutional fixtures. CRI 85 delivers noticeably better color rendering than standard 800-series T5 lamps.
The G5 miniature bi-pin base is specific to T5 lamps and is not interchangeable with T8 (G13) or T12 bases. Confirm your fixture uses a G5 socket and a ballast compatible with 28W standard output T5 operation before ordering. T5 is not interchangeable with T5HO — verify that F28T5 (standard output) is the correct lamp type for your fixture, not F54T5HO.
