The Halco 25592 MBUL-10-CS-U-BL is a 10W LED Mini Bullet Flood in a black finish with field-selectable color temperature across 3000K, 4000K, and 5000K. Delivered output is 1,100 lumens at 4000K, 110 lumens per watt, with 80+ CRI and a 60-degree beam. It includes an integrated photocell with an on/off bypass switch and mounts to a J-Box or an optional ground stake. Construction is die-cast aluminum with a powder coated finish and a polycarbonate lens, cETLus listed, wet location rated, and IP65. L70 lumen maintenance exceeds 100,000 hours with a 5-year limited warranty.

Product Overview

The LED Mini Bullet Flood Series is a compact, versatile floodlight for landscape, accent, and small-area security lighting. The streamlined bullet housing and adjustable head give precise illumination on trees, pathways, signs, and building facades, at a wattage sized for accent work rather than area coverage.

Two features define this generation. Field-selectable color temperature lets one SKU cover 3000K, 4000K, and 5000K, so a contractor can carry a single fixture and set the color on site — useful when the specification changes late or when matching existing fixtures on a property. And the integrated photocell with on/off bypass switch means dusk-to-dawn operation without a separate control, while the bypass allows the fixture to run on a timer or building control system instead.

Output is 1,100 lumens at 4000K, with 1000 lumens at 3000K and 1050 at 5000K, across a 60-degree beam that concentrates light more tightly than a wide wash. Construction is die-cast aluminum with a powder coated finish and a polycarbonate lens, rated cETLus, wet location, and IP65. L70 lumen maintenance exceeds 100,000 hours. Mounting is to a J-Box or an optional 8 in. aluminum ground stake, both sold separately, which is what makes the fixture equally suited to a planting bed or a wall.

Before Ordering – Verify

• Confirm the mounting method and order it separately. This fixture ships without mounting hardware. Halco offers an 8 in. aluminum ground stake (SKU 25599, MBUL-GS-BZ) and junction box housings and covers in all three finishes.
• Confirm the finish. This is the black version; the series is also offered as 25590 (MBUL-10-CS-U-BZ, Bronze), 25591 (MBUL-10-CS-U-WH, White).
• Set the color temperature switch before final installation. The fixture is selectable across 3000K, 4000K, and 5000K, and output differs by setting: 1000, 1100, and 1050 lumens respectively.
• Confirm the 60-degree beam angle suits the target. It is a tighter beam than the earlier 100-degree fixed-CCT generation and better suited to uplighting a trunk or a sign than to washing a broad facade.
• Confirm the supply voltage falls within 120–277 VAC.
• Confirm no dimming is required. This fixture does not dim.
• Confirm whether the photocell should be active or bypassed, and that the on/off switch is accessible after installation.
• Confirm the ambient stays within -40 °C to 50 °C.
• Confirm clearance for a 5-3/4 in. long fixture with a 2-3/4 in. width.

Safety and Handling Guidelines

• Disconnect power at the breaker before installing, aiming, or servicing the fixture.
• Installation should be performed by a qualified electrician in accordance with the National Electrical Code and local codes.
• Ground the fixture properly using the grounding screw provided in the junction box housing accessory. Outdoor circuits should be GFCI protected where required by code.
• Make all wiring connections in a listed weatherproof enclosure suitable for the location, and seat the EPDM gasket fully to maintain the IP65 rating.
• Use the supplied plugs to close any unused junction box openings.
• Do not open or modify the sealed fixture housing; doing so compromises the wet location and IP65 ratings.
• Adjust the head by hand only. Do not force the joint past its travel.
• Allow the fixture to cool before handling after extended operation.
• Do not bury the fixture body or allow it to sit in standing water or accumulated mulch.
• Keep the lens and photocell window clear of debris to maintain output and correct dusk-to-dawn switching.
