The Halco ProLED® 80172 is a 1W B10 clear LED candelabra lamp engineered as a direct replacement for 7.5W incandescent decorative lamps used in chandeliers, sconces, and accent fixtures. At 25 lumens, this lamp is designed for decorative and accent applications where the lamp itself — not the illuminated surface — is the visual element. It is not a substitute for higher-output candelabra lamps in reading lights or task fixtures.

The IP65 rating is a standout feature for a lamp of this type: it makes the 80172 suitable for both standard indoor chandelier and sconce use as well as outdoor-rated sealed landscape fixtures, covered porch applications, and hospitality installations exposed to humidity. Halco’s Heat-to-Base thermal management structure routes heat through the lamp base rather than a conventional aluminum heat sink, allowing the lamp to maintain the clean visual profile of a traditional decorative bulb while managing junction temperature for long-term LED reliability across its 25,000-hour L70 rated life.

• If dimming is required, confirm the dimmer is a Triac/phase-cut type compatible with very low wattage (1W) LED loads — many dimmers have a minimum load requirement that may prevent smooth operation at this wattage; test before specifying for multiple fixtures.
