Product Overview

The Sollos In-Ground Light with Trim Ring is finished in Antique Brass UV- and corrosion-resistant powder coat over single-piece compression molded polyester composite. It uses shock- and heat-resistant clear tempered glass and a MR16 GU5.3 bi-pin socket rated for lamps up to 50W.

The fixture ships with 3 ft. 18-2 lead wire. It operates on a 12V AC landscape transformer, which is ordered separately along with a MR16 GU5.3 bi-pin lamp.

Before Ordering – Verify

• This is a 12V AC low-voltage fixture. It will be destroyed if connected to 120V line voltage. A 12V landscape transformer is required and is not included.
• Socket is MR16 GU5.3 bi-pin. Confirm any replacement lamp uses the same base – MR16 GU5.3, G4/GY6.35, MR11 GU4, and PAR36 MP-terminal lamps are not interchangeable.
• The lamp is not included. Order a MR16 GU5.3 bi-pin lamp separately, 50W maximum.
• Confirm finish: this item is Antique Brass. Antique Brass, Natural Copper, Stainless Steel, and Composite Black finishes carry a lifetime warranty; Textured Black and Textured Bronze carry a 5-year warranty.
• Total the wattage of every fixture on the run and size the transformer accordingly, allowing headroom for future additions.

Safety and Handling Guidelines

• De-energize the transformer before wiring, relamping, or servicing the fixture.
• Install only in sand or gravel per the manufacturer's instructions; this fixture is not rated for direct burial in concrete.
• Bury or otherwise protect the low-voltage cable run to prevent damage from mowers, edgers, and digging.
• Do not exceed the 50W maximum lamp rating. Overlamping causes excess heat, socket damage, and lens degradation.
• Keep the lens clear of mulch, soil, and dense foliage so heat can dissipate.
• This fixture contains no mercury; LED lamps are mercury-free.

• Intended for use on Class 2 / low-voltage landscape lighting circuits supplied by a listed 12V landscape transformer.
