Product Overview

The Satco S3515 is a 20W halogen MR16 reflector lamp built around the GU10 twist-lock base, which is a 120V line-voltage configuration. This distinguishes it from the common 12V MR16 family that uses a GU5.3 bi-pin base and requires a step-down transformer. The S3515 connects directly to 120V line voltage in compatible GU10 track heads and recessed fixtures, eliminating the transformer hardware entirely.

At 2900K and 100 CRI, the lamp produces warm, color-accurate light well-suited to applications where color rendering is critical: retail display, jewelry cases, apparel, artwork, and restaurant dining environments. The 36° flood beam and 200 cd center beam candlepower deliver a controlled pool of directional light. UV-blocking lamp glass reduces ultraviolet output, making the lamp more appropriate for use near color-sensitive materials and fabrics.
