• Confirm the existing housing is a standard 8" CFL mounting frame (8" (replaces 2x26W CFL)); a 10" application requires the optional trim extender accessory.
• Confirm required input voltage (120-277V) matches the site's electrical service – 347V units are not interchangeable with 120-277V units.
• Confirm color temperature (4000K) and CRI (90) meet the project's lighting specification; CCT is fixed on this SKU, not field-selectable.
• Confirm dimming control compatibility if 0-10V dimming is required; this SKU supports dimming.
• If trim color other than white is desired, confirm and order the appropriate RT8 Alzak or Satin trim accessory separately.
• If used with emergency backup, confirm compatibility with Philips Bodine ELI-S-20 or IOTA IIS-125 inverters – other models are not confirmed compatible.

• Do not exceed the rated operating temperature range (-4°F to +104°F / -20°C to +40°C).
• Maintain a three-inch clearance around the kit if ceiling insulation is present in a non-insulated ceiling installation.
• Use a recessed incandescent frame for tiled-ceiling applications to properly support the retrofit kit; stand-alone installation (without frame) is recommended for hard ceilings.
• Do not disassemble internal LED or driver components. Use qualified personnel for electrical connections.
