Important Safety & Installation Notes
- Enclosed Fixtures Only: Must be used in approved, fully enclosed halogen fixtures. Do not use in open or unshielded housings.
- No Bare Hands: Never touch the bulb envelope with bare skin. Oils cause hot spots leading to premature failure. Use clean gloves or a lint-free cloth.
- Do Not Exceed Rated Voltage: Operating above rated voltage dramatically shortens lamp life. Verify your equipment transformer output before installing.
- Extreme Heat Warning: This lamp operates at very high temperatures. Never touch when lit or recently switched off. Keep away from combustibles.
- Fragile: Quartz halogen lamps are sensitive to vibration and impact. Inspect the envelope for cracks before installation.
