Product Overview
The 23734 is a GE Quartzline® tungsten halogen lamp from GE's Stage and Studio line, built for 3200K color-consistent output over a 400-hour rated life. It uses a T-3 quartz envelope with a R7s base rated for 120V operation.
Quartz halogen lamps are designed to be operated within close voltage tolerances; excessive voltage can drastically shorten life even as it raises light output. GE recommends contact pins be kept clean, since oxidation above 350°C can cause arcing and irreparable damage to both lamp and lampholder.

Before Ordering – Verify

- Apparent lighted length is slightly longer than a similar clear lamp.

- Pressurized lamp: unexpected rupture may cause injury, fire, or property damage. Use eye protection and do not touch the glass with bare hands.
- Do not use the lamp if the outer glass is scratched or broken; operate only in the specified position; do not exceed 110% of rated voltage.
- Allow the lamp/fixture to cool before handling; turn power off before installing the lamp; dispose of a broken lamp in a closed container.
