The GE 75382 GE432-MVPS-N-V03 is the normal ballast factor (0.88) version of GE's UltraStart 0-10V dimming T8 ballast series — the counterpart to the high BF (1.18) GE 75385. At normal output, this ballast delivers full rated lamp lumens without over-driving, making it appropriate for standard commercial lighting designs where energy efficiency and dimming capability are required without inflating system wattage.

Full 100% to 3% dimming range via 0-10V analog controller. Universal voltage operation (120–277V) covers all standard North American commercial circuits. Parallel lamp circuit keeps remaining lamps operating if one fails. Programmed rapid start preheats cathodes before ignition, extending lamp life in high-switching and dimming applications.
