The Halco ProLED Select RDL6-14-CS-BT (Halco product 87985) is a 6" LED retrofit downlight rated 14W, field-selectable across five color temperatures via a dipswitch on the driver housing, and finished with a baffle trim. It installs into most existing 6" recessed cans, is UL Listed for wet locations, and is dimmable down to 5% on compatible dimmers. Product Overview

The ProLED Select Downlight Retrofit Series is built for retrofit downlighting projects where the finished color temperature needs to stay flexible. This 6" 14W model delivers 1219lm – 1318lm depending on the CCT setting, at 87–94 LPW efficacy and 92+ CRI for accurate color rendering. The baffle trim gives a clean, low-profile finish.

Color temperature is set once at install with a dipswitch on the driver housing, choosing from 2700K, 3000K, 3500K, 4000K, or 5000K – a single SKU covers five finished-color options, reducing the number of downlight variants a contractor needs to stock. The fixture is dimmable down to 5% on compatible dimmers, UL Listed for wet locations, and IC rated for direct contact with insulation.

Before Ordering – Verify

• Confirm can size: this fixture is built for 6" cans. The 4" fixture uses friction clips; the 6" fixture uses a torsion spring and fits most 5"/6" recessed cans.
• Trim style is Baffle Trim. The same wattage/size is also available as Smooth Trim under order code RDL6-14-CS-ST – confirm which trim the customer wants.
• CCT is field-selectable, not fixed. The dipswitch must be set to the desired color temperature at install – confirm the installer knows which of the five settings the customer wants before leaving the job site.
• Dimming is limited to compatible dimmers. Halco's tested list includes Lutron MACL-153M, Lutron SCL-153P, Lutron DVCL-153P, Lutron CTCL-153PDH-WH, and others – confirm the dimmer model against Halco's published compatibility list before specifying for a dimmed circuit.
• Delivered lumens and efficacy vary by CCT setting – use the per-CCT lumen table in Ordering Information for the exact output at the selected color temperature, not just the range.
• An E26 adaptor is included in the box for screw-base retrofit applications.

Safety and Handling Guidelines

• De-energize the circuit before installing or servicing the fixture.
• Set the CCT dipswitch before final installation; the driver housing may not be easily accessible once the fixture is mounted in the can.
• IC rated for direct contact with insulation, but confirm local code requirements for the specific installation.
• UL Wet Location rated – confirm the specific installation location (e.g. shower, exterior soffit) meets the wet-location listing requirements.
• Use only with a dimmer confirmed compatible per Halco's published dimmer compatibility list.
