Product Overview
The Sylvania SubstiTUBE T5HO Gen 9 family provides an LED replacement for traditional fluorescent T5 high-output lamps while retaining a compatible existing ballast. The lamp is mercury-free, instant-on, and uses frosted glass optics for uniform light distribution.
These Type A lamps are designed for select programmed rapid start electronic T5 ballasts and are dimmable to 10% when paired with a compatible 0-10V dimmable ballast. Ballast compatibility must be confirmed before installation.

Before Ordering – Verify
