The GX24q-2 keyed base is mechanically keyed for 18W lamps and will not seat in GX24q-1 (13W) or GX24q-3 (26W/32W) sockets. This lamp requires a high-frequency electronic ballast and will not operate on magnetic ballasts or line voltage. Always use with ANSI-compliant ballasts and follow NEMA end-of-life shutdown recommendations.
