The ROVR IDL-2S26-M5-BS is a Philips Advance electronic dimming ballast with Programmed Start, wired in series for 1 or 2 compatible compact fluorescent (CFL) lamps. Available in dedicated 120V (IDL-2S26-M5-BS@120) and 277V (IDL-2S26-M5-BS@277) input versions, it dims CFQ and CFTR lamps from 100% down to 3% relative light output (1% for T5/HO lamps), with a Class A sound rating and a five-year manufacturer warranty.

Product Overview
The ROVR IDL-2S26-M5-BS is a Philips Advance electronic dimming ballast built for Programmed Start operation, wired in series for 1 or 2 compatible CFL lamps. It operates from a 50/60Hz source and is available in dedicated 120V (IDL-2S26-M5-BS@120) and 277V (IDL-2S26-M5-BS@277) input versions — confirm which one matches your circuit before ordering. It's high-frequency electronic, operating above 42kHz to avoid infrared interference and eliminate visible flicker.
This ballast dims compatible lamps from 100% down to 3% relative light output (1% for T5/HO lamps), holds Power Factor above 0.98 at full output and above 0.90 throughout the dimming range, and keeps input current THD under 10% — all at a Class A sound rating. It's DALI protocol control compatible and carries a Lamp End-of-Life Protection Circuit for T5, T5/HO, and CFL lamps.
